This project saw Jointly complete a brand new office fitout in the heart of Melbourne's CBD - 500 Collins Street. As Melbourne's first high rise refurbished CBD office building in Australia to achieve a 5-star Green Star Office Design V1 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, the construction was a challenge we enjoyed.  

Working on a tight programme, the office fitout was successfully completed to architect and client satisfaction, all the while maintaining the general building's energy efficiency rating and creating a fantastic new boutique space for TSA Project Management.

We thoroughly enjoyed bringing Siren's designs to life, and delivering a great space for those moving into their new home at TSA.​
