Acting as the Principal Contractor and working with Hot Black Design, Jointly completely refurbished the Heritage-listed Prince Alfred Hotel in Carlton. Works involved the demolition of all internal walls, roof and existing deck - all the while maintaining structural integrity of the heritage facade. Inside, 2 brand new bars with over 60 beer taps and 2 brand new kitchens were built and installed, as well as a brand new beer garden upstairs.
