Jointly were brought on very early in the project to value manage the project costs whilst maintaining an incredibly tight construction period and lead into the project. 
OI Glass (who manufacture 50% of the worlds glass bottles) were relocating their entire head office team (approx. 180 staff), from Hawthorn to Melbourne CBD due to their existing premises being demolished. With an incredibly tight budget for an 1800m2 fitout , Jointly (in collaboration with the team at Breathe Architecture) were able to deliver the functional brief whilst also injecting a number of custom feature elements.
