Acting as the Principal Contractor and working with Herbert Mason Architects & Michael Delaney, Jointly brought to life Melbourne's first historical-based feature Pub and Restaurant in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. 

The building is part of the historic Morgan building which required careful attention to Heritage Facade works and public interfaces . Works across 800m2 included 2 large new bars, a 150m2 commercial kitchen and dining facilities for 250 people in what can only be described as a Visual Extravaganza .
